We have partnered with Willow Cottage Weddings and Le Petite Miriage to provide weddings of any size from couple-only elopements to full wedding planning. Our love of love and our love of Macon gives us the unique perspective to help you plan the perfect wedding for you.
Elopements - Le Petit Miriage
Along with Le Petit Mariage we offer several packages for your small ceremony. We have officiants that are secular and religious and can accommodate ceremonies in English, Spanish and Portuguese. ● $100 - Simple Ceremony - religious & secular, our officiant will meet you at our chapel and perform a simple ceremony, sign your marriage license and return it to the court. ● $250 - 1 Hour Time Limit. Includes: Decorated space for Couple and 6 or fewer Guests (During Covid Restrictions) Officiant - Religious or non-religious ceremony Photos – Minimum of 3-5 digital photos taken by Officiant after the service ● $300 - Public Space or Private home Ceremony. Our officiant will meet you within a 50-mile radius of Macon for a private elopement at your location of choice.
Micro-Weddings
A micro wedding allows for you to be surrounded by the people you love and gives you the space to enjoy each other at this exciting time while keeping the cost and stress to a minimum. 3 hours set-up to clean up. (starting at $1675.00) ● Invite up to 20 of your closet friends and family ● Wedding Officiant and customized ceremony ● Personalized assistance in planning your event, including a ceremony coordinator ● Your choice of ceremony and reception locations - local park or your private location (includes park rental fee) ● Flowers to adorn the couple - 1 bouquet, 1 boutonniere ● An elegant wedding cake from one of the area’s best bakers. Simple elegant disposable cutlery ● Champagne Toast - 2 Crystal Flutes for the couple ● Photographer for the Ceremony (includes 30 digital images) ● Sound System for music during ceremony and reception
Day of Coordination
We recommend this package for couples that have their day perfectly planned but would like professional assistance with final preparation, wedding rehearsal, and execution on the wedding day. (starting at $1800.00) ● 4-6 weeks of wedding planning preparation ● One final wedding planning meeting ● One on-site walkthrough with the couple ● Availability via phone & e-mail throughout the entire planning process ● Review of all vendor contracts ● Vendor contact & coordination prior to the event ● Up to 10 hours of on-site management ● Customized timeline for vendors and wedding party ● Supervision of event set-up ● Coordination of Reception Activities - ensure the event flows according to the timeline ● Organize wedding rehearsal ● Orchestration of wedding ceremony ● Management & coordination of wedding reception ● Distribution of vendor gratuities ● Oversee placement/collection of personal items & gifts
Full Wedding Coordination
Development of Wedding Theme & Design. Please call to set up a complimentary consultation Available for prospective venue visits, planning meetings, vendor appointments, dress fittings, etc. Venue recommendations & tour scheduling Assistance in choosing vendor team for the wedding day, attendance at all vendor meetings as well as contract assistance.
